It is constructed from a tough PVC material with a spring steel helix. Being manufactured from clear PVC, it allows operators to monitor inside the duct work if there is a blockage of material. PVCC is available in 10 Meter Lengths. Temp. Range 0°C To 50 °C TPRD TPRD is an ideal product for higher temperature dust and fume extraction applications. It is constructed from thermo plastic rubber material with a spring steel helix. TPRD has good abrasive qualities and is U.V. resistant. TPRD is available in 10 Meter Lengths. Temp. Range –40 °C to 120 °C HIGH TEMP. W High Temp. W is suitable for high temperature working conditions such as foundries. It is constructed from PTFE teflon coated glasscloth crimped by a helically wound steel strip. Temperature Range: 0°C to 225°C METAL FLEXIBLE DUCTING Metal Flex is manufactured from helically wound metal strips. It is extremely hard wearing and is suitable for heavy duty dust and fume extractions and extraction of hot gases. Temp Range –50°C to 250°C This product is also available manufactured from 304 2B stainless steel. MINEFLEX Mineflex is constructed with a yellow polyethylene woven fabric. As the name “Flex” indicates, this product has a wire spinal helix which provides flexibility and avoids kinking. The joining mechanism is the skirt connecting method consisting of eyelets and a sleeve enabling connection with Mineflat. OFFSET HOSE CLAMPS Offset hose clamp are special clamp for attachment of exterior corrugated spiral hoses. It is practically leak-proof and firmly clamped with special bridge geometry. It is rustproof, re-usable, very robust and made from high quality stainless steel.
