Ezi-Duct's new eCono 12000 HRVP Dust Collector Installed in Victorian Kitchen Manufacturer
Ezi-Duct released the new eCono 12000 HRVP Dust Collector on the market in the later half of 2016. The budget priced but featured packed Dust Collector has proven to be an instant hit with great feedback from happy customers.
The new Dust Collector unit is powered by a powerful 15.0kW high efficiency fan producing an airflow of around 12000 m3/h @ 3000 pa. The units 63 filter bags are continually cleaned using a reserve pulse compressed air burst. This ensure that the filter bags are not caked or blocked with dust so the unit is running at maximum efficiency at all times.
All waste is directly deposited into a standard 3 m3 bin via a rotary valve. This enables the bin the be emptied without shutting down the Dust Collector and stopping your production.
Most customers have also taken the VSD option. The VSD or Variable Speed Drive saves the customer a huge amount on their energy costs. If a CNC or other machine connected to the Dust Collection System is not being used the unit will Automatically lower the High Efficiency Fan’s power usage.
