Large Dust Collection System installed at Trademaster Joinery

large sawdust extraction system using smooth bore Ezi-Duct
modular ducting was installed at Trade Master Joinery located
in the western suburbs of Sydney NSW.
Trade Master Joinery is a well known timber manufacturer and decided to upgrade its dust collector system when it relocated from its old factory at Yennora.
Australian Dust Control installed an Aagaard reverse air flow dust collector. The reverse flow dust collector is a modular system to which new modules can be added as the business grows. Trade Master Joinery also chose to have the variable speed drive fitted. This special energy saving feature is unique to Australian Dust Control and can potentially reduce energy bills by 50%. The turnkey project was carried out by Australian Dust Control who designed, engineered, installed and commissioned the system.

Australian Dust Control used Ezi-Duct galvanised steel modular ducting from 80mm diameter to 700mm diameter combined with all the ducting clamps, fittings, slide dampers, flexible ducting hanger etc need to complete the installation.

The advantages for ADCs client are long term because the Ezi-Duct ducting simply clamps together, the customer can easily pull the system down for cleaning or if a blockage occurs.
